Welcome
On behalf of our team of caregivers and support staff, thank you for considering our healthcare center. We offer a full range of medical services to meet the individual needs of our residents, including short-term rehabilitative services and long-term skilled care. Working with the resident’s physician, our staff – including medical specialists, nurses, nutritionists, dietitians and social workers – establishes a comprehensive treatment plan intended to restore you or your loved one to the highest practicable potential. Our goal is to provide quality care in a comfortable, compassionate environment, demonstrating on a daily basis our guiding principle of providing Quality Through People.

Overview
Thank you for visiting LakeMed Nursing and Rehabilitation Center online! We are located in Painesville, Ohio with access to Route 2 and Interstate 90. We are five minutes from Lake Hospital system and 25 minutes from downtown Cleveland. Our staff strives to provide caring, customer-focused skilled nursing and rehabilitation.
We accept Medicare, Medicaid and most managed care and private insurance.
Our goal is to provide you with quality care and we are known for our successful short-term rehab and care of the clinically complex. We also offer respite services to give caregivers a rest, and hospice services through our local hospice care provider. Our interdisciplinary team works together as they strive to deliver quality care and responsive service to our residents. We look forward to meeting you for a personal tour so you can see what a difference our caring makes in the lives of our residents.
