OUR CENTER

At Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation - LakeMed in Painesville, Ohio, we offer services other nursing and rehabilitation centers in the area do not. We provide our patients and residents with post-surgical orthopedic and cardiac rehabilitation services. We have on-site orthopedic and cardiac physicians that assist in making the transition from hospital to home successful.
